Responsabilités spécifiques
Building Maintenance
- Proactively ensure property is consistently well maintained.
· Manage vendor/technician relations to ensure property needs are accurately addressed in a timely manner according to agreement.
· Source suppliers and vendors, obtain quotes for services, and negotiate contracts.
· Review of vendor invoicing to ensure accuracy and obtain approval to pay.
· Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations (such as distributing building access keys and back-up to security access cards, etc.).
· Take care of all tenant concerns
· Responsible for any other building and property maintenance tasks as needed.
· Maintain scheduled building inspections and maintenance
IT Support
· Supervise the maintenance of office equipment and provide liaison assistance to our IT provider.
· Troubleshoot smaller IT issues prior to escalation.
· Monitor tickets with Jira
· Responsible for adding and updating computer information in Jira
· Schedule zoom meetings and provide technical assistance
Other Responsibilities
· Responsible for new hire onboarding (computer configuration, orientation etc...)
· Participate as needed in special department projects.
· Responsible for updating KPI
Expérience et formation
· Two years of experience or equivalent..
· Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Qualités et aptitudes
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
· Strong customer service orientation
