• Process reinsurance requests promptly and accurately for the team and/or assigned clients.
• Manage assigned tasks/requests to completion.
• Communicate timely regarding status of and urgency of assignments.
• Voice concerns promptly if there are questions or conflicts of assignments.
• Communicate with external clients regarding routine requests necessary to complete an assigned task. 
• Acquire procedural processing knowledge for assigned tasks.
• Meet the established standards such as production, quality and client services.
• Assist in other Administration Department duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• 0-2 years’ experience in life insurance administration/reinsurance areas
• Basic skills using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
